I was left all alone with half an hour handover, but started my work with good momentum,
Slow by speed but efforts my best; I managed to get an appreciation…
A wrong day came, and my mistakes with crores and millions,
I felt my presence of no worth to my organisation..
I don’t know I lessened your burden, or it got added with my poor performance?
But one thing to tell you, I did everything with all my dedication..
The sweet captions of yours, “Haanji, Madam and all”
Were sometimes enough to lessen my frustration..
Calm and cool by nature, you are always behind your planner,
Good explainer, better leader and the best boss, I got you for my first job experience.
A nice experience with a very talented person, though some complaints but there was a lot to learn..

This was my first formal expression on my first work experience. After completing 4 months’ of training at Citi, I was so thrilled. Was little scared and not too sure if I should show this to my manager or not. But I finally showed my gratitude by presenting him this note.
The result is strong association with him beyond Citi.
